She helps me map out my diet, supplements, and also gives me tips of when to eat certain foods throughout the season. For example, Rupshree madam has helped me gain a ton of strength. In a year, I've stayed at about the same weight, but my strength has gone up by 25-30%! Through a strategic diet, she has prepared me well.

Her diets are very easy to follow with the concept of local,seasonal, traditional and affordable. No imported item is in her diet meanu which I really appreciated. I consulted her on line for weight reduction and for some health issues. I shedded 4 and half kgs in two months time and solved Acidity , cholesterol and allied issues of mine.
