She understands your daily routine and accordingly she gives you the diet plan. And the most important thing is she never miss a day to send you your diet plan. I had zero knowledge about the diet until i consulted her and now i know how to manage my diet on a daily basis. I have gained 3 kgs in month and that is perfect according to my BMI. Thanks Dt.
