She is very polite and soft spoken. But she very experienced and talented. She is one of a kind nutritionist. I consult Dr Kamini on all aspects of nutrition whether it involves me my kids or my husband. I trust her advice.she helped me to manage diabetes of my husband and lose weight not even mine even my 12 years old son also without any hunger pangs . Journey from 47kgs to 60kgs In my case Dr simply said that you are stressed and it is causing you gastric issues. So I called her up and requested her to take up my case. The moment she took my details she got to know that I had chronic inflammations. Dr told me not to take milk or dairy product and lot many more things things. I was surviving on khichdi not able to eat any kind of chilli too, inshort i was on bland diet. I became extremely weak my weight reached 47kgs and i was hopeless when I approached her. But on the contrary Kamini gave me a diet which included all the dairy product. Slowly and steadily I started taking them all and started to gain my strength back. Within 3 months my weight was normal and i was in an extremely good condition. I gained weight and started to see my health improve and lesser health issues. As of now I have my healthy weight which is 60kgs and health at its best, moreover I am able to eat everything. And all her diet consists of easy home made recipes which we can accomodate with our daily meals. She focuses more on natural sources of nutritional for eg, soups, salads, fruit yougurt, milkshakes. Pls note if you want to reap full benefits of her knowledge, then please try to understand what she is saying and how she is telling you to take certain food. Do not panic when see changes in your diet plan as you might feel uncomfortable for few days till the time your body adjusts to it. You will not only get you problems fixed from her, you will get to learn the correct lifestyle too which one should follow for good health. It will remain with you forever, she has the key to it, mark my words!! Try to have faith in her, she knows her job well. I trusted her with my eyes closed. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a nutritionist.
