As I started going back to office, due to my weight my shirts are now getting unfit. People start telling me to lose some weights and I also started feeling disappointed for myself. So I started with gym as trainer said that to have a diet plan for weight loss. So I consulted Dr Ashu Gupta as my friend suggested that. I visited her clinic.
