★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short review: Don't let these guys touch your bike. Staff is untrained and they can't diagnose or solve a problem.
I went there just to get my bike's tube replaced, a simple enough task. They put in the tube but ended up making the rear wheel brakes ineffective and had no idea how to make it work. All they could say was, this is how it is supposed to be and didn't acknowledge that it was a problem. I went away because because I understood it is beyond their ability and their tools will only make things worse.
So technically they are idiots, which is fine, but denying the problem they created is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest service, and prompt too! I called up one of the mobile numbers this afternoon, and was told the shop is open. The mechanics at the shop were knowledgeable and friendly. They spotted the issues, checked thoroughly and quickly had the bike ready. All this in air-conditioned comfort! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience ...we bought fontom cycle for our 12 year son from them they gave defected piece my son end up having a frature as front Tyre came off suddenly with in one month while riding..Raman the guy who is running supermart 1 outlet is too smart and unprofessional..he is not taking responsibility !!.norgigihihitheowner..guys don't go to them!!!
