★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Expierence, I will not recommemd this shop to buy even a kids cycle. I bought Havit Fat bicycle and faced multiple issues within a week.
1. Gears not changing
2. Unwanted chain sound
3. Tyre Bubbling
4. Pedals broke down
Also I was offered few accesories which have not been provided yet.
1. Alloy Bottle holder
2. Mud Guard
Review update on 14th April 2021, after 90% of the problems have been solved. Good service and post sales support. However one Accessory(mud guard) is not provided yet. But they are saying they will provide it in 6-7 days.

The chain was making a noise ...
We showed them the problem and unaware of what they were doing ,
They changed the entire set of rear geras and kept it ,along with it they changed the cahin without asking us and sent the cycle home .
We checked and the problem had worsen , the chain didn't fit and the gears stopped working.
We sent the cycle back and after charging us a hefty sum of money they told us they coudnt repair it.
They ruined my unirox bike and didn't take any responsibility.
They are not aware of what they do and randomly change parts of the cycle .
Please see someone else for your repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a good cycle shop in and around Sec 57 Gurgaon. Being a rider this is my go-to place for all my cycling needs. They have good range of cycles with accessories. Also home pickup and drop for cycle servicing.
Being a rider I need my cycle to be maintained really well and that requires expert servicing that they provide.
