During week start the station gets a very long queue for ticket booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked everything about the station except it's toilet. It's not maintained properly. Another thing is there's not enough trains that departs or arrives at this station. I think the railways should allot more trains in this route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in purba medinipur dist in West Bengal. This railway station is near new digha sea beach. It will take 7-10 minutes. Walking distance. Ticket counter is very unique construction. Entrance need to be more spacious because it's heavily crowded.
