★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them up for an emergency to a society just 5 mins away from the station.. Firstly, they could not locate the address... They are calling me 50 times to tell them the address... Finally they reached near my building and bcoz the lift was not functional they just went back without even letting me know... Absolutely worthless!

My special thanks to passport verification officer (Kanchan Pandit madam). Her behaviour was very friendly and cooperative. The document verification process was very well explained. I really appreciate the behaviour of Kanchan mam. She was capm, cool and approachable. Usually we have a fear in mind when we go to police station, but after visiting Dighi police station, the staff and team specially Kanchan Pandit mam my fear has gone.
Thank you Dighi Police officer, team and entire staff for the good work you and your team is doing.
