★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charger for my Macbook Air broke whilst visiting Goa. I used Whatsapp to communicate with Digicom, and managed to get a new one fairly easily. Digicom delivered a fast and efficient service, highly recommend the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will get cheaper chinese products at lower price and little warranty period. However the service is not so good even with 3-4 people working in the shop it takes a lot of time to do a simple task. I emphasize on "a lot".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and professional peoples and competent workers. I had an overheating issues. And they opened laptop and start working on it immediately, rather than making me wait for days. They answered all my questions too. Just a note. Try to negotiate. They asked for 550 for replacing Thermal paste, but after negotiating they did it for much lesser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a while back, maybe about a year. What started as a good reliable service quickly fell short. The laptop we got fixed after spending a decent amount conked off in no time and the owner was quick to blame us for not powering it on everyday, felt like we'd been scammed.The store is almost always closed and the owner not responsible enough to reply or be reachable on phone. I'd assume they are fine with basic repairs on a desktop like assembling but when it comes to laptops I wouldn't trust or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently given my Dell laptop for changing the keyboard. This involved taking out the motherboard. While refitting it back with the new keyboard, the engineer made a hash of it due to which the screen has got damaged( with one vertical line). When I brought this to the attention of the proprietor, Mr Rohan, he refused to take responsibility. I seriously doubt the competence of the engineers working there. I strongly suggest that you keep away from this shop. I had gone there due to a favourable recommendation. However, I think I should have been more careful in choosing them
