★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great experience with PCSS solutions. my office macbook pro stopped working. due to WFH I used to work from my native place and nearest service centre is PCSS solutions which is 62km from my home.
I called them one day before they said standard diagnosis time is 2 days. Once I reach there the take my address and saw I came from 60km distance so they said If you can wait till evening we can try to fix your problem we are not sure about it but we try to fix in day if it has some major issue then it may take time and we notify you about the same.
At 4 p.m. they called me and said your issue is fixed, saved my second trip and work is also unblocked in a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Macbook air A1644 was not turned on once I update my MacOS. The peson Emal from Apple Authorised Service Provider-PCSS refer me to a repair person by the name of Rupesh. But unfortunately Mr. Ropesh is the strongest cheater in Goa and stole Rs.10000 from me for nothing. Once Ropish saw my macbook he said "the SMC in your computer needs to be replaced and I need one week to do this work" but once I give him the computer on the afternoon of that day he called me and said the computer is repaired and ready. When I took the laptop and come to my room in Goa University hostel, again I install macOS update the problem was not solved and I couldn't turn on the laptop. Once I contact him regarding the issue he was not responsible at all and he shouted me.
I had no choice and open my laptop. Once I disconnect the battery cable from the logic board and connect it again the problem solved. I strongly suggest you don't trust to Mr. Ropesh in Goa once Emal refer you to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to know that PCSS do sales also besides only service, i brought IPhone 13 Pro with good price and service from Inas and tukaram,Prices are very difference from other retailers but only things i waited for 3days for delivery which was quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection center not a service center, very poor technical skills and adamant representative. Being only service point in Goa much more is expected from Apple lovers.
As your reply itself admits it’s a collection center and not service point.
I got my problem solved from Pune based authorised Apple service center in just 3 hours and not your claimed 7 days which is well in middle of India, and all that even without seeing or testing the device your expert was sending directly to Bangalore this is what well explained as you say, so people are not that foolish as you seem to be.

Finding the place is a bit difficult thanks to Google maps I got there however they are tucked away in a corner but they promptly answered the phone and described where they were... I thought I was in the wrong location initially
