From the courteous receptionist to the service technician who checked my laptop promptly and suggested me the remedy which helped me get the performance of my laptop to my expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service! I wouldnt recommend anyone to approach this service center since I feel cheated.. I had one month left for the warranty of my laptop to expire when I experienced a hard disk failure and approached this service center.. They replaced it with a faulty one knowing that I have one month left for the warranty. A month after replacing the hard disk I faced the same problem and my hard disk crashed and today I went to inquire the recent replacement to which they responded with they can't do anything now since my warranty has expired.

While I hv no complaints about the service centre itself (which is efficient) my main issue is primarily with HP. 1-800 numbers are a nightmare to deal with.
