★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anyone to fone Bolt. I contacted them regarding getting my phone repaired and I need the back panel for my device. The guy I spoke to Ashu said he would order it and it would take about 5 days to arrive. After a week I messaged to ask if the part had arrives very UNPROFESSIONALLY he replied to me on text saying wait ill let u know. Now 15 days later still no sign of the part. I would expect basic Manners and deceny from fonebolt to let me know that part could not be ordered or not arrived so I could atleast go to another shop. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Wouldn't trust them with anything. Very bad service. Disappointed ☹️

Instantly got it touch as they had the pick and drop service in this lockdown phase too! Impressive...
The technician was very responsive and attended patiently to every query and got the display replaced within two working days. Bingo !!!
I felt for the price FONEBOLT charged, it was worth repairing instead of going for a new phone. And yet convenient too.
Thoroughly professional that's why given a 5 star rating here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely prompt and punctual, replaced my battery in a day on my S10, showed me the old battery and gave me a 6 month warranty on the part. I had a small heating problem the next day which I thought was due to the battery and complained the same day, they called and assured me it if I face the problem in the future to bring it in, no problems since. The Samsung guys told me it would take 11 days to replace a battery and the charging port, these guys made quick work of it within a day. Goa really needed something like this. Best of luck.
