★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! The phone was bought in October 2018 and the screen goes blank in February 2019. They took over 2 weeks to repair the screen. When we pick the phone, they gave us someone else's phone. They do not return our bills and do not give any job done description details. On top of it, when we went again to pick our original phone, they gave it without our original panasonic batteries and inserted some duplicate brand batteries. That night itself, the phone isnt working at all even after enough charging time. Now its not just the blank screen problem but the phone itself doesnt turn on. I think they have ruined the phone completely.
