I regret getting a cable connection from them..worst service ever..they don't care if your connection is down for a week or even for a whole month..all they care about is money..
Also,everytime u'll visit their office u'll find the owner drunk..and he'd b unable to even remember his own name...
They say they'd return half of the money after you return the set top box, but the truth is they don't..it's been 7 months for me,but still haven't got the refund promised..
These guys suck..they seriously do..!!!!
Also,almost each one of them is illiterate and they cannot even subscribe you to the channels you want to see..they'll take the money for extra channels, but then give you BS reasons of not being able to login for subscribing or something something..
Total waste of money and time..!!!!
DO NOT get your cable connection from these guys..instead get it from Sagar cable providers..they're situated just near these guys..they are better as per as the servicing is concerned..
