★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and worst speed. Have been complaining from many days about the net speed but no response from theirs side. I have taken 25mbps plan and the downloading speed I get is 15 to 25kbps. Also while watching YouTube videos at 360p it starts buffering everytime. My 4g net is far better than their wifi speed.Plans are also costly. Also the speed written on pamphlets are for namesake. I have taken 25mbps plan, I don't even get 1mbps speed. I would never recommend to anyone. Think 100 times before getting new connection from this service provider.

Daily maximum downtime after 10PM.
No real time tech support n very rude office staff.
No 24*7 customer service.
12hrs of network connection issue but didn't resolved on time. ??

Every day there will be some issue with wifi, for example - speed 1-2 Mbps received for 100Mbps plan, internet not working etc. And my office starts at 7:30 am and no internet till 11am -12pm because these useless people come after 10-10:30am then they will check the problem and then they will send someone.
