I have taken internet connection from them.. within 30 days.. 10, 12 days they have issues..
Very rude staff,
Worst customer care.
When you have problems with the connection, they don't pickup your at second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not the best, but good service providers in the area. Their staff was helpful while setting up my connection. Internet speed is good (Can watch youtube without buffer with my plan).
Most of the connection issues are addressed promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic internet service provider. Don't deserve for 1 rating as well. Frequently having internet issues, 2/3 times a week. Sometimes internet is off for 1/2 days completely. And you need to call them and raise a complaint 8 to 10 times with same details again and again.
Poor process, most of the times they don't update about any issues with technician even after raising complaints.
Economic plans, (internet active for 20 days only for monthly plans)as most of the time internet is not working.
