★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks service part. Instead of just making new connections and collecting monthly charges they should also look into the services too. 3-4 days in a month due to some or the other issue this is no connection and when called them, they are even unaware about the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service provided. Will not recommend to anyone. The people in the wakad office are very rude. If we are late by even 10 mins in paying the bill they stop the line immediately and if there is any problem from their side they keep on saying 30 mins 30 mins 30 mins and the issue is not resolved in 1 day also even after more then 20 follow ups in a day. And their one gulped reason is always present 'coming to check in 30 mins, just came to have my food'. Not sure how many times they have food. Since they are never available in the office then they can close it permanently instead of harnessing the customers.

If you cannot provide service to people then u don't have any right to take their money and keep quiet. You will be punish by God only.
