★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my almost new condition laptop for service . They said the key board had to be replaced. When they returned the laptop they had broken my laptop. There was a major crack on the laptop. A part next to the laptop was broken. The rubber at the back was dangling . When I told the person in charge mr amlan about the same he said its nothing . In replacing keyboards these types of cracks might arise. I was not informed about the same.
Its a worthless place. I gave a new cosmetic condition laptop and got back a broken damaged laptop!! Terrible terrible experience !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think of going to this place. They are fraud. At first they tell you one price but after repairing they charge more. At the end you have no other option left but to pay money they are asking. There behaviour is not less than any Gunda. You will go mad hearing their logic. I got my touchpad replaced before leaving Kolkata and I got it tested n found everything fine but the very next day when I reached my home the touchpad was not working for which I had to use mouse.
