★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a nice place to live in.people inside the residency are very amiable, guards are respectful as well as willing to help others. residency has a great temple of lord shiva and a magnificent garden with beautiful bushes.
residency is located outs cart from city where you can find peaceful environment and greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Apartment is located in a very good place. It's very close to Rekjoani Police Station Stop. It has access to local Grocery shops located Nearby. This apartment has guards who work in shifts and has their own small booth. They have rooms in the terrace for their night stay. The apartment has a temple at the rear side. There's an amply big conference room too. The flats are divided into 4 blocks. They use good elevator which are regularly serviced. The Rooms in the Flat are very Spacious with good ventilation, water supply and electricity. Balconies are sufficiently big.
Fun fact - If you Manage to Stay awake Till 2am you can Hear ? Foxes ..... Also See them in the adjacent Jungle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verily nice complex to stay.. I've stayed here for 1 year.. security guards are very good. Only problem is the road connectivity in front of the society, road in broken & lots of dust, in rainy season lots of problem during transport
