Good place to have a flat. But actually it's far away from kolkata, if your office situated at Saltlake, New Town then this is a good place to live.

Good place to stay here. It's a residential Complex in Rajarhat. The community used to do Durgapuja every year in this complex. 24 hour water, 24 hour security, CCTV all are available in this complex.

Worst place. Mobile network issue... No connection for airtel ,vodafone,jio... Internet issue. Only one vendor available for internet available who charge you very high with low quality internet speed. There are lot of network issue. I made a big mistake to choose this apartment. I dont think it is not a good choice if you dont get proper internet connection and mobile networks. The main problem is the electricity...daily at mid of night you will face electricity outage frequently due to which you cant sleep properly at night . More than 12 times electricty goes daily... Not good for 9-6 shiftemployee because you cant sleep at night

Nice quiet and serene place. Located close to Rajarhat Thana this complex houses all modern amenities whilst maintaining the warmth and inclusiveness of a society. The quality of construction is very good. There are security guards, CCTV cameras, cleaners, ample parking, temple, garden, gym, community center, children's play area etc. Each building is connected to the other using Bridges and water softener is also present on the rooftops. The rooms are sufficiently large and have a good view. Definitely a good investment.

I live here... It's a guarded society. Security is very tight, strict to outsiders but very helpful to the ones living in the society. It's in a very good location, just opposite to Rajarhat Police Station and few steps back from Rajarhat chowmatha and Rajarhat busstand. The Facilities Manager (from here onwards would be referred as FM) and the housekeeping staffs are very helpful. They also have their own app for varification of entry/exit of outsiders along with a general book that the security maintains very diligently. A very well maintained badminton ? court where anyone can play. Two small but beautiful temples.A large area for morning,evening or even night walk. The rooftop is also just amazingly big and best for grill parties or campfire and even if you want you can play short pitch cricket ? there if you wish to. Housekeeping regularly takes out the trash and cleans the floors and stairs in an interval of every 3 days. Lift is there. Separate parking space allotted to each flat, under every building on ground floor so it's always in shades of the buildings.A lot of area for childrens to play with children swings and a slide. A WhatsApp group where only admins have access to send messages where they share important news/notice etc. like for reminding the timings of mock fire drills, picnics , Saraswati Puja, Durga Puja etc. along with regular owner meetings. A gym and a convention/community hall which can be booked for Rs.2000INR/12hours or Rs.4000 INR per day, by talking to the FM for any public or private gatherings to engage in business or social functions like weddings, anniversaries or birthday parties. Reliable and trustworthy maids are also available in cheap rates.You can always call FM for electricians plumbers etc. and he will arrange for it with any hesitation. For buying groceries & vegetables etc., every Friday guys from "Sufal Bangla" comes in the morning at around 8am or so, in front of the main gate, selling fresh veggies and stuff etc. The area is also in a very good location as already mentioned above but I mean is, there are plenty of big retail stores from shopping malls to small kirana shops and markets/bazaars near by. Transportation wise it's very well connected to the whole city of Kolkata.But the area comes under the jurisdiction of Barasat, North 24 Paragana and the area is called "NAIPUKUR" which comes under Rajarhat Bishnupur 1no. Gram Panchayet, Rajarhat Main Rd, Chotto Chandpur, Bishnupur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700135. Last but not the least you will love this place not only for the facilities but for the constant joyful/cheerful sounds of kids playing in the garden or here & there.
