They packed and delivered my bags and all the items in absence of mine and everything was so well packed and nothing was missing. It's reliable. You can surely trust its services. They are really doing a great job !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT TRANSPARENT ABOUT PRICING, TOO SLOW.
1. Not transparent about pricing.
2. the pick up guy came 4 hours late. He did not even have any packing material with him, did not get bubble wrap for stuff that can break.
3. Sent the material on Saturday and got delivered on Thursday after making multiple. Delhi to Jaipur distance is 5 hours and it took them 5 days.
4. Their reviews are fake, please do not go by the rating. When on the last day the delivery was made late, I contacted them and told them how their service has been not satisfactory since the day of pick up. I told them that I will give them a negative review, to which the guy says- "aap ek likho, humari team 10 reviews likh degi".

Clear about their office timings....at one point they are saying thet their office will close at 5 pm and on other day they are saying office will open at 6pm ....and when I have gave them single star... they call us as use abusive language...and told "aapke ek review se hme koi farak nhi pdta"
