★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's really the worst courier service i have experienced. When my apartment was found locked, the boy didn't think it necessary to leave a slip that some consignment has arrived and i should call back them.
Shocked that a bank like ICICI Bank is taking the services of such an agency.

Horrible service by icici for having picked such a third class company for delivering such impodtant documents. Disappointing... Frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had face worst experience with this courier company. it's happen not only one time but i had experience twice. fist time return cheque book with reach my home address show door locked. even they not give me single call before return my cheque book.
2nd time i had face more worst experience. i had waiting for 8-10 day for deliver but did not get. so i follow up with courier company. website tracker is f**k up not so nothing. calling noida & faridabad office they not pickup call many time and not given satisfaction answer. and suddenly i got delivery message but i had not received any cheque book. so for security per pus i blocked my checkbook. but thrill is not end here after 4 or 5 day back cheque book received by my wife. which is useless for me. ICICI BANK should blacklist this courier company.

Shocked to bear that bank like ICICI is using services of this pathetic company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and unprofessional. Delivery person did not even bother to call up before coming. I have still not recieved my ICICI bank cheque book, post 10 days making the request. Their phone number always is busy and engaged i.e. they cannot be contacted. ICICI bank should blacklist and remove them from their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service by this courier service . Tracking not available. Courier delivery was never attempted , with series of excuses that your phone was not reachable. My Bank has mailed me many times that my debit card delivery was failed. It has been more than 10 days my parcel is lying with them. Terrible customer support.
