Worst place in entire india police should take action on them .. staff demand money and when u deny money they misbehave with the patient n attendent ...leaving out few nursing staff everyone seems to be a house maid not nursing staff... Ms reeta roy kind of nursing staff who just knows money and can degrade to any level to extract money from person dying in pain

No work regulation. Untrained staff.
Poor management. The hospital doesn't even have proper number to contact.
The management in the office doesn't even know to fill the form for mediclaim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nursing home was so good, i dont know why people wrote bad review. I had my delivery, and I have spent 4 days in the hospital. The stuff's behaviour was so good, they were so polite. I was worried first after read the review but my gynie assured me, and after delivery I have realised we made right decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Accounts department . They do not even give a proper bill for reimbursement. When I asked for a proper bill they are saying the accountant is not available and there is no one else to make a bill for me.. they just gave me a paper slip as a bill. Horrible experience. 0 points!

At the time of discharge they did not provide me birth certificate and later on they are only delaying by telling come tomorrow,, come with all document, come between 1 to 3 pm, today is Sunday can't give you birth certificate,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wall of Dilkusha Nursing Home and the stretcher that they shift the patient( all types by throwing with the help of two irom rods).
The staffs including all from were very rude irresponsible unhelpful. Even the patient in their so called ICU need to bring all medicines from outside. Doctors fee have to pay in Cash and almost limited POS payment. Everywhere they want money as even in so called ICU. Even the doctors inside the ICU discussing the patients CT scan report with families very pathetic... It's all my personal experience of 3 days.. But still the locals and nearby prefer this bcoz of nearness.. But the management need to indulge in raising their service and staffs behaviors. Lots of thing to highlight but I hope for the best best in future.. If this medical centre was abroad , their licence should been cancelled and shut down.. I am writing after 5 months from the experience. Yes Doctor was Good as they are charging high fees for their treatment... I request the local councillor or MLA to visit this place once..
