★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the taxi on 17 November in Patna for 4k and had given 2k in advance but due to some change in plans I had to cancel the ride. The travel agent not denied to refund 2k but told me that he's doing a favour to me by keeping only 2k since I owed him more.
Urging everyone to avoid it.
