★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had very bad experience with travel agencywhich justifies poor rating) with my family. Despite agreed contract for touring in patna for 4 days, our driver left us after 10 Kms as price paid was too low according to him. We came back to the hotel / travel agency that showed no willingness to reconsider finding another driver, and surprisingly enough, gave reason to the driver. We found a driver at half price in the street to go to airport , with less comfortable car, but more efficient.
I would not recommend to use samriddhi Travel Agency services if you still consider to come to samriddhi as they focus more on trying to get the most money from their customer than increasing customer experience.

The driver is very much helpful during the whole outstation tour and he had a plenty knowledge of the historical sites including heritage which is a boon for the first timers visiting the great State of Bihar.

Nothing could be better than someone keeping up with comittments for a travel guarantee while you are on a journey and Samriddhi is one such service which exceeded all my expectations. I made a last minute booking with them for a SUV, from and to Patna-Gaya. While none of the taxi services, rated so high, aligned to my travel plans, but Samraddhi did. For the other taxi services it meant minting money of the opportunity, Samriddhi was empathetic towards my situation and far more committed to ensure excellent cars on time... Neither did they charge me exhorbitantly nor did they compromise with my expectations. The cars they offered me were in excellent condition and the drivers were extremely understanding... No fuss, supporting throughout!!! A special mention here for Avinash ji who heads this agency... an extremely polite, kind, highly commited and professionally well placed person. I'm so overwhelmed by the hospitality and may not have all the best words to describe him... a 'man of his words', always reachable!
Anyone can setup a taxi business but what not everyone can understand is that at the end of it... it's a 'hospitality business'. All my best wishes to Samriddhi Tourism and their fleet. My commitments to you - I will catch up again!!!
