★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to round trip Patna Rajgir Patna, everything was perfect except driver, Drivers was eating gutkha all the time while driving, opening window often for spitting and coughing continuisely. It was very irritating moment.speacilly for my kids. Do not wish to travel with like this driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The extremely poor service for my travel id 4745861from Bareilly to Lucknow on 1st May 2021. The vehicle condition was very poor. Vehicle was very old and unhigeinic. No sanitisation was done. Very very poor service. Totally unprofessional are they.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst service from savaari. They do cancel the booking on function day and at the time when cab should be arrived to pickup point and they don't even inform to customers. Lastly you have to look another cab at the time and you will be late for your function. While booking they talk softly and said that cab is available but after booking and receiving money they do cancel theirselves booking and don't even inform to customers. Very irresponsible service and people they are from savaari. They don't even escalate to their higher team they do so many exuces falsely and lastly you will be disappointed from savaari. They don't even realise sorry for this all scenario never trust on savaari services. Better go with another taxi services which is far better than this savaari taxi service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 Inova crysta from Jaipur Airport on 26th of Dec 2021 for round trip to karauli. At eleventh hour I was informed that only one crysta is available and they can provide inova instead of crysta. I requested them to return me the difference of amount of crysta and Inova, that was around Rs 1000/=. But my several request they refused to refund just saying it is pick season and it was obligation on me that they are providing vehicle.
I feel it was blackmail with me and cheating.
