★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say this with complete confidence that they are the best internet service providers in Patna. You get the promised speed with very prompt customer service. There is hardly any down time although the fiber cut issue happens once every month which gets resolved in less than 48 hours most of the time.
Although they are little expensive compared to other providers but their impeccable service makes up for the extra few hundred bucks.
I get 25 Mbps plan for 1770/ month which includes 18% GST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DirectNET Broadband services are excellent. Customer support 24x7 is great. Minimal Downtime and get the issues resolved as per given time frame. Get the speed as I opted for, most of the time higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am amazed by the quality of speed they deliver, and that too at a very competitive price. Their customer service support is also very excellent and welcoming. Once I was facing an issue with their service and registered a complaint to their customer support no. These guys resolved my issue in less than 2 hours, which is great.
Hat’s off to their services…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used it and dropped it after5-7mnths...service is excellent but the speed won't deserves that with quite huge charge in compare to others.....I am happy with Jio now with a speed of almost 140Mbps instead of going with 25mbps with this with obviously non-deserving charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When a customer calls to inquire about the services and its quality, the customer is interested and curious to know more about the product so that he can avail it. The guys at this company refuse to answer such questions saying that they can't do so much R&D and arrogantly speak up suggesting take it or leave it. I can only imagine their professionalism in their service to the existing customers, if this is their approach to the potential ones. Can't trust the ratings.

Getting pathetic day by day.. from last 2 days there r no internet in our area we r continuously calling them about that but no response nor any action taken by them...
