★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for a year in advanced in july 2020 but still my wifi gets regularly disconnected every month and i have t make several calls to restore it. Not stopping here, in spite for paying for a year in advance, i received a bill of nearly 5k for the month of november. I'd only suggest please don't go for this broadband connection as this is the worst in town and as i am suffering, i dont want anyone else to suffer. Cherry on the cake, the problem never gets fixed. I just waanna get rid of this connection now, if anyone could help me do this then pls reply

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic speed and the fluctuation can hamper your work a lot. The service provided is also not good. Customer care of BSNL doesn't even exist
