Thr service and support is even also pathetic..
Think 100 times before applying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pay 1200 for 100 Mbps every I talk to the isp they solve my internet heavy fluctuation I face that problem every single day. Think twice before spent ur valuable money on these nonprofessional. and they don't have Patna servers they depends on Kolkata servers so u guys have to face high ping fluctuation and with this high payable amount it's not not so cool better don't chose rail wire until they have servers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IT gives really pathetic service now a days I am facing this issue almost every day. The customer care representatives give false assurance everytime I call them by saying "Yes sir the work is going on and we are going to resolve the problem ASAP and will solve the issue permanently this time, don't worry sir give some time sir please" but the problem won't get resolved afterwards. I am paying 1200 per month to railwire along with 30 rupees for Reliance jio and 30 rupees for Airtel just to talk to the customer care representative of railwire broadband and for the internet.
