Fox broadband is best broadband it gives you superb speed with reasonable rates....! Its surfing speed is just awesome...! And downloading speed is also great ! It never makes you feel that your internet is very slow..! Its speed is constant and it is in budget..! Another best thing about it is it connectivity is best it connects very fast..i love its downloading speed..! You can watch youtube videos without any interruptions you can even watch movies ! Love to use fox broadband..! Its very reliable..!

Bt yes. It's a good choice. Not repenting to opt for Fox broadband.Must go with it.
Just a suggestion for the company's benefit
Must hire the old employee Sanjesh who left , he was very very quick , responsive n very responsible as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning for their service. I would say, “bad idea”.
They have a very bad service. I called them multiple times for a connection but the response was very poor. Initially they said connection will be done in a day but I used to call them twice or thrice a day and they just used to say it will be done today or within few hours or in evening like that. They never called me back as if they don’t care if their business will grow or not. They never intimated if there is any delay. Every time I had to call them for checking on it and status was always that it will be done in some time. This happened for two days but no one showed up on my door.
I stayed at home leaving all my work to get things happen but they wasted my two days.
If just for connection their service is so bad then god knows what type of service they will give if I would have taken their connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fox Broadband has given its franchise to Bhatia cables here in Bariyatu Ranchi and their services are pathetic. Initially, they promised big but failed to deliver. They installed Broadband in my house 3 weeks ago and since then the Download Speed during peek hour is approx 1 Mbps (For a connection of 40 Mbps) which is pathetic. I have been reaching out to these guys since then and all they have done is made false promises. I don't know when will people learn to be humble towards their customers and tell them the truth.
As per their last update, their IP ticker was not working which they had to send to Kolkata for repair. They received it last week but till now the internet is not functioning properly. I told them that I need my money back and they had the audacity to say that they will not refund the amount. Later the owner agreed to refund 50% if the internet services are not restored by EOD Today.
Let's see how things pan out... @Fox Broadband, please take a sense of the situation and take actions against such franchise's who are hell bent on tarnishing your reputation, Unless you are hand in gloves with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 - year service experience . Everything is fine in fox-broadband . In starting period i was facing lots of problems because Customer service was not good but after few weeks i understand the reason. They don't have good service person in Patna. After lots of tried i got the real person who was always help me regarding Recharge or any other internet issues. Internet connectivity is good but some times speed goes down and in fixing the issue 2-3 days gone.
In Lockdown -2020 the internet speed decreased by 50% without any notification. So after few months i stopped using the service.
So overall experience was good. Just like "Khatta meetha" ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of service provided by these scammers. They give speed of 4mbps in 50mbps plan and upon calling they say we are doing some DNS update which would end by 8PM. Their local operator never picks up the calls and the head office asks you not to call them. Even BSNL offer way better service.
If you are planning for a broadband connection in Ranchi, go for JioFiber if not, then JioFi. It is much cheaper and way better. Don't fall for this kind of a service.
Bad Speed, Bad support.
Edit: After posting this review got call from ISP and was told the issue will get resolved. Changing my review and will update again by checking the speed in peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To keep it small, the internet speed is excellent. But the customer. service is the worst. They never pick up calls. And very difficult to. track. down a person who would take responsibility and solve your problem. The contact number given here is unresponsive as well. You are good as long as you don't have any problem. Giving 3 star only for the speed as I working using VPN and it works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fox broadband in given franchise to Bhatia broadband and services here in Ranchi Bariatu area is pathetic . The owners only talks big but there services are very very bad .... First of all you will face no network or cable cut atleast 2 days in a month and at that time time if call or text to nikhil Bhatia .. they will ignore call and your messages . ... Also they provided a router telling it is of 1500 but it's orginal cost is 800 ... For installation they took 3500 God knows for what .. after installing they said apka router ab speed support nai kr rha ab aap router change kr lo hmlog dual band laga dnge ... Uska r 2k lagega r pura router ka sirf ,500 km krnge ..... This what they do . All cheap business Technic ... Also they become rude once you enroll in there services ... People should never take broadband from Bhatia cables ... I didn't have another option so I have to go for it but as soon as Airtel r jio comes to my area I will leave this broadband ... .... God knows when they will be know how to serve customers ... Take BSNl but never bhatia cables in Ranchi
