★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly irresponsible staff, never pick the call to solve the grievances of applicant , usually respective department whom the login id provided by estate office call them to solve different kind of problems but no reponse on estate office behalf , i dont know what the superior officer r doing if they r not penalising them for their miscreants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These so called transparent automated system of allotment by directorate of estates is full of curruption, in my last august bidding cycle ,my position for the house was no.1 till the time of closing the bidding cycle but i didnt get it surprisingly so no more faith in the system. My colleague had paid money to someone and she got it even though her waiting list is way behind mine.such people should be fined or jail because they are breeding corruption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give negative stars. It’s the worst government office you can visit. There are no specified or mentioned timings according to which they operate. Everything about this office is haphazard. Even the employees are helpless and don’t know what needs to be done most of the time. And the worst part is their website, the servers of which are always down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am trying to complete my profile on e sam,pada portal since last 5 days and reported to NIC but could not be completed due to drop sown menu at column 11 not open to opt office name .esampada portalthat is new system to book holiday home but not properly functioned resulting unable to book the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am trying to complete my profile for booikng of holiday homes but not bale to do so, view office address serial not allowing to write it is based on data base update. my office address is not showing in respective Ministry/ Head Office. this serial should be allowed to fill by user so that data base can be genereated. now very difficult to do so. no procedure is found how to get updated this office address data . request make it user allowed field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For NIC staff : Negative rating. a bundle of arrogant staff and of course officers posted there. Does'nt know how to behave, even far away from basics of manners. Trying their mobile number (what they themselves give) since last month to know status of my request for amendment in their record, but not responding to my request. I am left with no option except to visit there personally under this pandemic environment. However, Directorate of Estate officials are so helpful and cooperative, which I never expected.
