★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though as an ex employee of the Department I am personally indebted to my Secretaries/Pr Secretaries/ Directors during 1999-2011 and 2013-15 specially to the Principal Secretary Sh Anand Prakash , IAS during my treatment of cancer. All other Secretaries /Principal Secretaries/ Joint Secretaries/Directors ( except one during 2012 -13 when one Director did not allow me to work without any complaints available against me. ) encouraged me to discharge my duties diligently and honestly .
Poor review is due to following information on the website:
Location on website map ------ Om opening the site , the first map on the website shows Department of Technical Education and Directorate of Technical Education at two different locations within Pitampura whereas both are located in the same building.
Citizen Charter updated on 31/8/2017
It did not change the nomenclature of Commercial Art to Applied Art in the chart showing eligibility for admission.
General public would be benefited if Courses available Institute wise is also available on the citizen charter.
Degree level Institutes' names given without any information on their programmes and mode of admission
Order -- On engagement of guest lecturers for polytechnics includes qualifications for Engg disciplines only. Needs amendment giving comparable qualifications for non engineering disciplines as well.
Information delivery system to outside Department is extremely poor. False information submitted to the CAT/ Delhi High Court /PGC of Delhi Government by the establishment branch at DTTE for polytechnics . I can site a series of irregularities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Department of training and technical education located in pitam pura. Nearest metro station is netaji subhash place connecting to Red line and pink line metros. Also near to guru govind singh college located near TV tower pitam pura.
Kasturba polytechnic for women also shared campus with the DTTE.
DTTE pitam pura office is the head quarters for all delhi ITIs, polytechnic.
