All type of Certificates like OBC, ST, SC, CREAMY LAYER, EWS, EWS 10%, Income Certificate etc. are being issued by this office who falls under the revenue jurisdiction of Sariswati Vihar.
The Tehsildar (Saraswati Vihar) is the second main officer of this Office.
Very convenient to reach here by two wheelers and four wheelers.
Entry accissaible to differently abled persons. All the basic amenities are differently abled friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No marriage certificate downloaded by the Rampura SDM office on site after the one month of marriage registration. As per guidelines, it should be downloaded within 7-15 days. Completely negligence by the office staff.
Govt.should watch his performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. It took whole day for the process even if you have all documents. People who are coming via jack are served first here without standing in queue. Staff is corrupt. No proper arrangements for sitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I had an appointment for 10:20 am and I was the first whose documents were verified and photos were taken. But it took whole day and I reached my home at 5:30pm. Very lazy staff and full of source jack Jaan pehchan was going on there.
Guys truly speaking you have to fight for your turn there because they will send people who came through jack or source before your turn. And they will say server down and behind the door they will start preparing documents of their known one's.
And very poor infrastructure no chairs to sit toilets were too bad l. Only one lady was there who was handling all the tasks from verifying the document till uploading the final document. And funny part is that you will get a form on your email id and then you need to visit nearby cybercafe, take printout of that document, sign it and give it back to that lady then she will keep that document with your other documents. I don't why they are charging 500Rs fee if they can't give us a 1Rs printout. If they need they can ask for additional 10Rs for printout.
I would request SDM sir and revenue department to look into this matter and make the life of people easier rather than making it tough as our time is also valuable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some points to remember for Marriage certificate
1. Though you have submitted all the documents online, you would still need to submit them again in this office which makes no sense but has to be done.
2. There will be an appointment time, but it doesn't hold any relevance as the timing will be decided when you are actually inside the building (Also keep your whole day free, because the process will take the whole day, though it shouldn't as it is quite straightforward but you will be made to wait), Also keep some refreshments with you.
3. Make sure your documents are properly scanned and uploaded to website because you will be made to do it on spot if there is any error, if you can't do it, it will delay the process.
4. The last step is to sign the certificate and submit, but that is sent to you email from an email which you have to print out and sign and submit again, so this process didn't make any sense to me as it was sent from the personal ID of the employee to me and I was asked to take a print out/sign and submit on spot. seems like an administrative process passed on to us to make their work easier.
