★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is a big cheater. The overcharged more than 100 percent for booking hotels. I had booked hotels from their Jadhunath Dey Road (opp Indian Airlines), for SHILLONG on 8th October & 13th October to 16th October. On 8th when I reached the hotel at night they told me there is no room booked in your name ,though I had paid full amount of Rs 2950/ ,in Kolkata. At last the owner of the hotel gave us a room in a under construction hotel which had no amenities. The same story happened on 13th again.This time we refused to stay in that hotel. Then the Guwahati agent of Diamond told us to go to NEHU NEW GUEST HOUSE. This time the rooms were good and we had no cause to complain. However when we checked out from NEHU NEW GUEST HOUSE, the final Bill showed that the Room Rent is Rs1200/ per day whereas DIAMOND TOURS AND TRAVELS charged Rs2950/ per day for a DOUBLE BED DELUX ROOM in CITY GUEST HOUSE,LABANG, SHILLONG.So be careful when you decide for DIAMOND TOURS AND TRAVELS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a fraud company.Do not pick up another after booking.Later, these people get arrested in the hotel. After giving extra money that people let out of the hotel. In booking, we send some carts and neither do anything else for the next tour.That is why whoever goes to visit Kolkata is saved from this tour and travel.
