★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a one day city tour of Kolkata on 11th August 2019- Sunday. The tour was excellent for the following reasons:
Clear planning: In a city as big and bustling as Kolkata, 1 day is very crunched to cover all the important tourist spots. Ms.Saraswaty planned the places and prioritized the spots in such a way that we could cover every spot. Her team delivered what she promised.
Co operative Chaffeur: The co operation of the chauffeur is very important in such tours. In some of the other tours, we have had experiences where the cab operator is professional but the driver driving around the tour displays an unprofessional and poor attitude. Not in this case. The chauffeur Mr.Suren who drove us through the hustles and bustles for 10 hours in a sweltering hot day was patient, cheerful and friendly.
Promptness and clarity in feedback: All our queries from the planning stage of the trip in July 2019 to the completion of the trip on August 11 2019 were promptly answered with requisite clarity. Ms.Saraswathi fronted all these responses and clarifications.
Competitive pricing: The pricing was highly competitive (not the cheapest but competitive considering value for the services). When we planned for the tour, we checked for services and pricing offered by competitors and eventually zeroed in on Krish Tours and Travels.
Good Website: Their website gives a lot of helpful information which a tourist normally looks for during the planning phase- from which we can build on for remaining clarifications if any.
Holistically Krish Tours and Travels is a very good company in this line of business and we would certainly look to avail their services for any future tours of Kolkata and / or the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant comment on the entire travels. But we didn’t had a good experience with them. We took one day Kolkata sightseeing and around half of the places are not covered provided in the itenary. And they didn’t advise us when to see what. And particularly the lady named Saraswaty who answers all the calls. Not sure if she is the owner, she is not fit to that role for sure. She wont listen to what you are trying to say. She cut your call, she put you on hold, she shout at you. So definitely we had a bad experience with the travels.
