There are two long queues , one for getting challan number and another for paying the fine.. it takes around 2-3 hrs . Start early, try to reach there at 8.30-8.45 am

staff is somewhat cooperating .
work is done here with moderate ease.
spacious complex.
no AC or Fan for the people standing to pay challan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the employees are so lazy, they don't even know the value of time.worst service they don't care of others, I visited there for updating my car rc but everytime they said your papers are missplaced, it took about 2months to update the rc nd it costed me alot as charges of penalty are high. I suffered a lot due to their inconvenience. plz kindly manage your system. Nd add some sitting arrangements as well. Thanku

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chellan can be submitted here only on Mondays to Thursdays morning 9 to 1pm.
For submitting chellan, get in the building take left and walk straight and take right after the hall. You'll find a long queue. Stand in there for few minutes. Payment process is very fast. Recieval of documents can be done from the counter adjacent to the payment counter where they call out names/vehicle number. Parking fee: 5rs for bikes (probably around 25-50 for cars)
