But kindly
1) Dive-in for staff behavior. They don't care for Divam customers. They simply say "if want to sit else go, things will move like this only"..
No hunger for customer orientation.
2) Formalize time management.
3) Customer responsiveness.
4) Staff training..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why our dr. recommemded this place to do NT scan for my wife.. Iam not at all satisfied.. Coming from receptionist, she is very rude and behaved like owner of that hospital. Being an airport officer i know how to wear and when to remove the mask.. To drink water i wanted to take off my mask and she shouted like a mad girl.. And coming to dr
i came to know from my wife he also not friendly at all. I never recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great services by the center. Nice clean ambience. No crowding due to prior appointment system. You wait for little even if you are on time but was convinced as my examination done. Doctor is taking sufficient time to see the baby. He does thorough scan of the baby. Fully satisfied with the examination. Report was given immediately after scan so u don't have to come back.. highly recommended for pregnancy sonography.... BUT GO WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT.

dont go , they are not doing it for charity , charging fees and still behaving like government / charity center..

I appreciate Dr Alpesh Pancholi for sparing adequate time and efforts towards NT and anomaly scan of my coming baby. I highly recommend the place for all mommies to be in the city.
