My clinical and psychotherapeutic experience of past 10 years in this field enables me to offer effective outpatient and individualized psychological care to people going through major life crises. depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, substance abuse addiction, faulty personality traits and relationship conflicts. Along with this, I have my expertise with children, adolescence related issues. couple conflicts and family discords. I also have an expertise in working with clients especially reporting their mental problems during the hard times of COVID-19 pandemic, providing first base therapeutic interventions to our frontline workers. I have worked in collaboration with Punjab Police Department and Himachal Pradesh administration during the pandemic. I have been providing a number of specialized therapeutic interventions to my clients based both in India as well as outside India.

If you are suffering from any harmful substance or thoughts that you think is being affecting your life's current scenario and situation and need any help in solving it .. pleasde contact here. I had my own experience from here and it resulted in a very positive manner and helped me to sort out things. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was since a few years that I started thinking about my mental health. I started feeling that I've got some issues. But never thought of going to any phycologist because 1. I was a bit scared of the process. And
2. I wasn't sure about the psychologist, as a person whom I would come across.
Due to some extreme circumstances my father had to look up for a psychologist for me and then someone suggested Dr. Shivranjani's name with a positive feedback. It's been over 3 months that she's taking my sessions for Borderline Personality Disorder and I already can feel a lot of change in my behaviour and thought process and my family validates it every other day. She has been using some amazing techniques on me to treat my issue like writing therapy, sending me voice notes to boost me, how can I divert my mind with some simple exercises. She understands me completely and always encourages me to do better. She's a good listener and I guess, a depressed person's half of the worries go away when there is somebody to listen without judging or making fun of them. She has been guiding me in my personal issues also that I face on daily basis. Though our session is once a week, but she's always available over the voice note or even calls. I current live in the US and she has managed her schedule according to my time and I really appreciate her for all her support. She's totally professional in her approach but I feel like she's my close friend because of the way she has been there for me and guding me through my journey.

I am humbled and honored to share the delightful experience I had with Dr Shivaranjani Singh while undergoing therapy for clinical depression.
It was a relapse during the already hard times of Covid and this came along with Vertigo which made the entire situation all the more worse.
Here Dr Shivaranjani Singh came as the light at the end of the dark tunnel who spent time with me to understand problems I was facing.
She showed all the patience humanly possible, to segregate symptoms which were getting mixed among vertigo, clinical depressions and hardship Covid was giving.
Most importantly, she never drew the boundary and was more than ready to dig deep and analyze beyond clinical depression.
In fact, she went beyond the role of therapist and consulted with her colleagues to help me to overcome vertigo.
Her approach to go deep to clear the thought process as a root cause of clinical depression has gone long way in changing my mindset.
Now, I do look forward to each day with hope and positivity and braced up to face challenges, life might throw at me.
Even the psychiatrist is impressed with the recovery which has helped to start tapering my medication.
I can’t thank her enough for bringing back life in to me and always being there just a phone call away.

From being a pessimistic, anxious, temperamental 16 year old to a calm, sagacious and optimistic 17 year old, my life has definitely taken a U-turn. While the pandemic uncertainty spilt doom, I consider it a blessing in disguise because it made me take the best decision of my life.
Shivranjani di made a conscious effort to make this journey with me. The weekly sessions empowered me to see the world with a completely different perspective. With her guidance, I strive to be a better human being every single day. All thanks to her, today when I look at myself in the mirror, I love the person I see.
