★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience of consulting and CBT, Dr. Suren Sharma has been extremely supportive and helpful. With him, its always an open mind session . No judgements, just evaluations. He uses the first several sessions typically to determine what kind of therapy and support is helpful and in this process you get to know yourself better too. ( first win-win for your mental health :) )
His techniques are simple , uni directional and you will feel like opening up more, talking more and more about yourself. Interaction with him is always a humorous one paired with emotional understanding. ( you will laugh, cry and understand in this journey with him).
His asking me thoughtful questions has definitely helped me determine what I actually want to do and why. ( Decision- making improvement).
Thank you for all the sessions till date which has obviously helped me to improve my life as a whole. I am grateful . :)

Dr Sharma is an empathetic person and is very easy to talk to and connect with. I do feel a noticeable difference in myself.
