★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery was on time. Actually I read all the reviews before delivery and almost every review was negative so I was scared that they might not deliver my package (large appliance) at doorstep. But delivery was fine. Delivery executive was polite.
When we get perfect delivery we don't appreciate much but in case of terrible delivery experience we do not forget to leave 1 star.
So don't be mislead by negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier person “Rohit” called me and asked me to come to location to pickup the courier. I refused to come and told him to deliver the package on the location. And he told me that he cannot come to location as the location is far but in the other side I got the different package from the Amazon services they always delivered the package on the same location. The package having the banking details and he told me that he will drop the package to the random shopkeeper there from you can pickup your package. See how the courier guys are handling the confidential packages these days. I told him don’t give that package anyone if you are not able to come to the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order was on out of delivery today but I didn't got any call from delivery boy plus when I checked now on delhivery site I got to see delivery failed as OTP code not available. I was having a prepaid order but still they gave this lame reason and didn't called me once. Really a pathetic service from them. Gonna mail their higher offices soon regarding this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been three days since my courier was first received at Shimla hub but thereafter it is travelling all over the place (gone to 100kms away from Shimla to Kothkhai village and now is going to Solan) except for being delivered to me, very poor service ten days have gone by since I made this order, very pathetic service, totally unprofessional
