β β β β β The people working there are shameless , unprofessional . They had my package with them for 5 days and even then they didnβt deliver it . On calling them they say we have one delivery person in that area if he is on a holiday no package will be delivered and banged the phone . Such courier services should be shut down

β β β β β Very worst service and rude answer by the courier person at Shimla. The parcel I sent was reached Shimla on 1st Sept. and till today i.e. 9th Sept. this was not delivered. When I asked their office, I got a reply saying, If you want you come and collect from our office. It is open till 8 o'clock. Why should we pay full amount whatever they ask to deliver the consignment at our door step. People are very rutheless. Damn this courier.

β β β β β They expect the client to pickup the courier from their office instead of delivering to door step. And when you go to the office they do not even have the basic manners to talk decently. However I went to collect my courier at Shimla branch and I was around the office, since i couldn't find the office i told the guy to come out and handover the courier to me. To which he said "2-3 dukaan aage hi hai, ap yahi aajao," and when i said i am unable to locate the office, he has the audacity to say 'mai office me akela hu, lena hai toh lo, varna rehne do". DISGUSTING behaviour and highly UNPROFESSIONAL.

β β β β β Alas there is - ve ranking and out of grade - 10 it deserve - 10 perfectly. they dont deliver and not even call recipient to collect. what a waste of money and non professional approach. The company should either shut down office or change the staff posted therein.

They took air money which is more than double of ground even after that my courier is reaching after 13 days and when talked about refund they are saying do whatever u can we will not refund amount
