★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that great. The call details given in the Google is also wrong it will connect you to the customer care of Indian Post ATM service. If your parcel is with them so I insist to kindly collect it by yourself as they treat them very badly. My OTG was lying there for 3 days and no one informed that the parcel has arrived and when I visited the branch one of the personal he threw my parcel like it was a trash, even it was written " Handle with Care"/ Fragile.

Now after writing mails to DTDC services, today ita showing out for delivery at 10 am but no one has reached yet. Don't even deserve a single star. Most third class service. No contact. Highly disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate and reach. Just 12-15 steps down the roadside. One page document is supposed to reach Noida from Shimla in 5 days. Whereas, speed post claims to do so in half price. So choice is yours.
