★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are total Fraud. Told 48 hours for reports when they picked my and my family’s sample for COVID RT PCR test on 26th April 2021. Sample was collected by Definite Cure Agency of theirs. Did not give the report even after 100 hours till 30th April. Delaying result impacts future course of action of individuals and family members. I have all evidences of payments, their commitments, and their ignorances. They are total failure and over charging with false commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good customer service, I got tested 4 days back for covid, had followed up once or twice to know the exact time of the report, they shared the reports on the time promised. These times are extremely critical, they have good customer response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete scam. They charge exorbitant amounts for a COVID test (1600) and don’t provide any receipt. You’re unable to track the progress. We gave the sample for four people on 20th April and we received the report for three people on 24th. All showed up negative, even though we’re all in constant contact with a COVID positive patient and have all the symptoms. On top of that, the age and gender of all patients on the report is incorrect. Even after five days, I’ve had to call them multiple times to send correct reports and they keep delaying it.
The utter level of mismanagement is scary and anxiety-inducing, specially during these times. Would recommend going to a well-known lab and getting tested, instead of relying on them for home testing.

Giving random and fake results.
3 members of my family were having COVID symptoms.
I got rtpcr done from them through home collection. Result was negative according to the lab.
So i got them tested from hospital again as i was not satisfied with the results.
The result was positive as was expected.
I don’t know whether they even tested the sample or threw it outside my house after taking samples

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever lab I saw. I got my RTPCR and the sample collector was not maintaining any log as which report belong to whom. I got my report negative(3 family members)even when everyone was having symptoms.
We all got reexamined and tested positive.
Stop making public fool and what you are currently doing is to just extort money from them.
Staff does not know the common etiquette to talk to the patients.
Please get yourself from some reliable labs.
