★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a month there are only few days when the internet is working properly, maximum number of days it is down and the customer service is pathetic!
They never pick up the calls and even if they do they tell " why didn't you inform is before" when a complaint was already made the previous day.
Once they didn't come to collect the money on time themselves and disconnect our connection on their own!
