★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction quality is poor. Maintenance charges are high but no maintenance except green area. Lifts of phase 2 are in the worst condition. No one cares even after lot of complaints. Safety is there. But the condition of roads is horrible. They started cracking down within 3 years. Take longer time to repair. The vehicles parked on the sides of road is like old colonies. Doesn’t look like a good society. Flat prices are unnecessarily high without giving that value. Looks like old society. People here, make surroundings dirty by their pets.
