★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a very important letter with consignment number EF76xxxxIN. This was booked on 28 Sept 2020 and delivered to wrong address as per tracking detail . This is sent to Building 5, Infinity , DLF, which is wrong . This must be delivered to right address mentioned on the letter overhead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a minus star rating system and something actionable. These people cannot be contacted. They marked my item delivered but they didn't deliver it to me. I am working from home and I am at home all day. No one called or did anything. Just marked it delivered and stole my item. Tracking id RU083309591IN. God won't forgive you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the eff !!! Worst service ... No delivery no attempt no calls ... They just mark the courier status as "door locked"
Contact number also doesn't exist ... Customer care also share the same number on the website and says we can only do this.... Go and collect from the post office....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's about the worst experience one should never face. I had to reach there as My ATM card was delivered to this post office as per my tracking I'd update. So i went to here thinking that it's only 3 km and I could easily reach there by walking.
But When I reached there after so much of hardships, The guard of Qutub plaza told that there's no post office here. It's just an error in the Google map address but the real post office is in block D and which is another 1 km away.
Atleast the post office should be up-to-dated with maps also. There are a no. Of people who trust Google maps and this leads to a sense of disbelief and allienation from maps.
