★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible guys. They don't bother coming on the time and pick up date of your choice. They arrive three days later with different rates as advertised. Would recommend if you have a week to wash your clothes and if you bleed money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware all the reviews you are getting are probably paid ones....I gave my laundry to these a**holes on Sunday. Despite delivery date being confirmed for Tuesday they weren't delivered until Friday. To make things worse they don't even understand your situation, I literally had nothing left to wear but all they told were lies to bug me off.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t Don’t don’t!! Don’t even think about using their services. They lost my clothes and now it’s been more than 3 weeks, they tell you ‘we are finding!’. They have sent me a someone else t-shirt and did not even care to take that wrongly delivered t-shirt back!! All in all the worst laundry services!. The wash wasn't that good either, I told them there are stains left on my clothes. Their answer, ”sir we will rewash”. No one ever came to pick the clothes with stains left. Yes, delivery was also delayed by one day. I hope this reaches your management. Tanmay Kandpal Check your WhatsApp I am texting you every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I had to wait for 3 days for clothes to be delivered after the selected date. Constant calls had to be done from different numbers, no one picks calls! Delivery was done at 10pm when the person delivering had changed time many times from 8am. The ironed clothes were roughly wrapped in a plastic spoiling the ironing....!

I am from Gurgaon and use DLX laundry service from last some time, but from last 1-2 months. DLX laundry are unable to provide service to customers on time.
“Don’t pickup on time and don’t deliver on time”
Some time they make stain on clothes and take 15 - 20 days to remove stains from clothes.
So if you want good laundry service, please don’t choose DLX Laundry.
Many more laundry services available with best service.

It is really shocking to see the attitude of certain people working here.. to save the money of their employer, they are ready to demean their customers..put the customer at fault even though it is entirely their own...they destroy clothes and put the blame on the customer itself...and above all they are very rude..not recommended AT ALL..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new laundry service which came up few months back and with their quality of wash and promptness of service they have raised to the standards of a good service provider. I had recently taken their wash and fold service which was good. However, they are improving their services which surely has a few glitches still. I recommend to give them a try once and check the services for yourself. Hopefully they will emerge as one of the market leaders in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy with DLX services. For approx. 1 year I was using their services. But from last 2-3 time, they have worsen their services time by time. Incident 1. They lost one coat and after 2-3 days they have returned same. Incident 2. this week they have to delivered my clothes and they have fooled me for like 48 hours and every time you call them a new person picks phones which is pathetic. very bad experience. I wanted their brand owners to read this and they work on their back end services. Additional star I have gave them for their past services.
