★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of DMart, Kpura Road . Today while using your counter for billing, I noticed that there is hardly any space for the customer to keep the items from the trolly or basket on the billing counter. It is already occupied by some products for sale. I appreciate your marketing tactics. But when all the spaces are used for displaying the items ,it also causes inconvenience to the customer at the billing counter by forcing to use a minimum space. Please arrange to have the counter cleared for placing more customer items from the trolly and the turn around time for billing gets minimised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a good variety of daily household items & clothes, footwear. No veggies. Most products have good discount & offers. They sometimes have problems accepting UPI payments. Gets crowded quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are very good with best price.. all the groceries are on offer.. will enjoy shopping here.. and they started shop of ice cream and popcorn.. that's the best part, kids can enjoy too at very low cost.. satisfaction at another level!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place, collection, prices, staff are all great! But they have a very poor payment experience. Payments fail regularly and customers are waiting after a fairly long shopping spree. The number of payment counters are also not commensurate to the number of shoppers (most are closed). So much scope for process improvement!

1) store is a big D mart (not the smaller ones)
2) two wheeler parking is problematic.
3) they won't let you take the cart to your two wheeler and you can't walk in with your bags either.
4) prizes are unbeatable.
5) Dmart online order store pick up is not available.
6) counters are crowded.
7) good for groceries, FMCG and other essential products as they are at cheaper prices
8) would not recommend steel items or plastics
9) staff are not very nice and generally say 'its not available' if they are not in mood
Correction : they have started letting you in with your bags.

Parking facility is too good, staff also good and they have wide range of products like Electronic, ration, grocery, dresses for all ages, kitchen, home decoration sets and many more. They have an awesome offers like buy one and get one which is likely a good need for middle class people. Discounts like never seen before. Good work team ✌️ .
