Iam their customers for 5 years.
Today I ordered 2 water cans I recieved dirtiest water can which they call as drinking water . When I went to the store directly to the manager Mr. Sarafuddin who is very irresponsible in his behaviour . Mr Sarafuddin saying I don't knw who is taking the Water can iam Just sitting in Cash counter(Irresponsible answer ) in all this hyper situation security of the shop came in to the shop and man handled me and push me and threatened to hit me and take me out of the shop if u want to run shop like this pls arrange goons inside your shop if treat your customer like this then it is very unsafe shop for anyone and bad management by the Management . Worst ever experience in a Store. If u can't run for a good customer service then shut down ur shop.A Unsafe Store. Camera is the evidence

1. Items are arranged in a very orderly manner. Easy to navigate and pick
2. Has free home delivery too if the place is close by
3. The shop in first floor too has good collections for kitchen, household and gifting
4. The veggies available outside is pretty decent and fresh
Cons:
1. The billing counter might get crowded and you have to wait until it clears up. You can’t shop in a hurry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is good but food items are low in quality. Often found insects inside their packaged items. This brown rice I got last month. Within 3 weeks it got spoiled without opening.
