★ ★ ★ ★ ★ certain items the quality is really good. If you like what they have, it is best place. Example: best farms sona masoori is the best among other choices across stores. In fact all best farm grade items are very good.
Choice of items is limited, but for certain items is a go to place.
The staff still appears out of sorts. Their internal issue seem to matter more than customer at counter, often. May be it takes time to get matured in customer handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thirdcalss maintenance by the store, employees and manager. Looks like scrap store. Bought milk on 29th march and opened it within 30 min, it was already spoiled, didn't get a chance to boil. which shows it was not stored properly. I suspected it as soon as I entered the store looking at worst arrangements, dirt and stinky store but had to buy milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought milk today March 29th, the milk was already spoiled and had sour smell. Looks like the employees and the store manager are careless. I have never seen such poor maintenance in any of reliance store. Spoiled vegetables and fruits were kept for sale, instead of discarding. I request any of higher authority from reliance have a look at this store once. This kind of poor maintenance and poor hygiene is a big inconvenience to customers and a black mark on reliance brand.
